Terms and Conditions of Stay at Altona Garden Retreat

Welcome to Altona Garden Retreat. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that apply to your stay with us.

1. Booking and Payment

– Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed upon during reservation.
– Payments can be made via credit card, direct bank transfer or cash.
– The balance of the booking fee is due prior to or upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made [number of days] or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within [number of days] days of arrival will result in a [percentage]% charge of the total booking fee.
– No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

– Check-in time is from 2pm, and check-out time is by 10am.
– Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Property Use

– The property is to be used for accommodation purposes only by the named guests on the booking confirmation.
– Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval from management.

5. Guest Responsibilities

– Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a neat and tidy condition throughout their stay.
– Any damage or breakage must be reported to management immediately, and the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.

6. Smoking and Pets

– Altona Garden Retreat is strictly non-smoking indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
– Pets are not permitted on the premises.

7. Liability

– Guests are responsible for their own safety and security during their stay.
– Management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during your stay, including but not limited to personal belongings, vehicles, or health-related issues.

8. Privacy

– We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Additional Charges

– Additional charges may apply for services requested that are not included in the booking fee, such as additional cleaning or amenities.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
